Exclusive Selling Rights: Products on Syndykyt are only available through QR codes provided by existing affiliates. This means all sales are facilitated by affiliates, and Syndykyt does not sell products directly to the public, without a valid QR code. Each customer who buys our products becomes an exclusive seller, earning commissions on subsequent sales made through their unique QR code.

Commission Structure: Affiliates earn a 33% commission on each sale generated through their QR code (subject to change). Commissions are calculated based on the net selling price (including sales tax).

3. Products and Availability

Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are 100% accurate or error-free.

Exclusive Products: All products offered by Syndykyt are exclusive and available only through our affiliate network. These items are not sold directly on the website (without a valid QR code) or through any third-party retailers.

Limited Availability: Due to the exclusive nature of our products, availability is limited. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

4. Orders and Payments

Order Process: By placing an order on our site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Return Policy: Due to the customized and exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Impact on Affiliates: As returns are not accepted, all sales are final, and affiliates retain their credits for completed sales.

Refunds: No refunds are issued for any reason. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Payout Method: Affiliate commissions are currently distributed via Revolut. As a startup, this is our primary method of payout. We understand this may not be accessible to all affiliates and are actively working to integrate additional payout options in the future.

Payout Eligibility: To receive commission payouts, affiliates must provide accurate and complete Revolut account details in their account settings. If you do not currently have a Revolut account, please contact us immediately to discuss alternative arrangements.

Payout Schedule: Payouts are typically processed after a 24-hour pending period once a qualifying sale is completed. We reserve the right to review and delay any payout if suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Responsibility: It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that the payment details provided are correct. Syndykyt is not liable for any delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete payout information.
